We are not running advertising at launch. The site is in audience-build mode and we'd rather earn the readership first than try to monetize it in week one. Once we open up ad slots, the model will be straightforward: clearly-labeled featured placements, a small number of display slots, and an affiliate stack for things like lodging.

- Sponsored Drift posts — same disclosure, written in the site voice.
- Display ad slots — limited, direct deals, no programmatic junk.
- Affiliate links — Hotels.com / Stay22 for lodging, with disclosure.
